Premium Rush
In the dangerous, fast–paced world of New York bike messengers, Wilee is one of the craziest and the best. When a strange man demands he give up a parcel he is to deliver, Wilee refuses and finds himself on a ride for his life. Cops and the Chinese mafia all come into play as Wilee uses his elite biker skills to deliver.
ClearPlay In Action!
The movie is 90 minutes long and has about 120 profanities in it, approximately 40 percent of them being the S word. With filters on full, prepare for a mute fest that will be a bit jarring to watch. Besides a tad of violence, there isn’t much else to trim.
Should I Rush to Get Premium Rush?…
Premium Rush is an extended chase film that convinced me that bike messengers are crazy. The film feels low budget and underdone in spots, though it has its moments of both humor and tension. Most of my time was spent wondering how the main characters had cheated death for so long. With ClearPlay, you’ll miss large stretches of the profanity laced dialog, and what you’re left with are a bunch of scenes of bikes doing crazy stunts in traffic. If that appeals to you, pick up Premium Rush.
