Big Hero 6
In the town of Sanfransokyo lives a boy genius, Hiro. He inherits a plump, inflatable healing robot, Baymax, from his dead brother. When one of Hiro’s inventions is stolen and used for evil, he decides to outfit Baymax as a fighting robot. Surrounded by a nerdy team of colorful heroes, Hiro and Baymax must find out who stole his invention and stop the plans of a mysterious villain.
ClearPlay In Action!
There is not a lot for ClearPlay to do here. I think there are one or two religious exclamations to be muted, and the action is primarily just people getting tossed around. This is a very family friendly film that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
Will Big Hero 6 be a Big Hit?...
I caught this one with the entire family and the entire family enjoyed it. It’s got action, it’s got heart, and its got quirky humor. It’s also one of the cleaner PG movies I’ve seen in a long time, leaving behind a lot of the crude and rude humor that tends to get thrown in some animated features. But it’s the fun characters, Baymax in particular, that keep this one going. I think it will be a hit with your family.
