Back to the Future Part II
What year is this? 2015? Well, be on the lookout for Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox),because this is the future he goes back to in Part II of the popular series. In this one, Doc(Christopher Lloyd) whisks Marty to the future to undo some of the mess his children have created. It also contains another foray to the past as time becomes an excuse to a bunch of mind-bending and philosophical paradoxes. And no, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you: Elisabeth Shue replaces Claudia Wells as Marty’s girlfriend Jennifer.
ClearPlay In Action!
This sequel is still funny, but it’s also meaner and edgier than the first. ClearPlay cleans up the preponderance of language and raunchy moments, but I’d say thematically, Part II still skews a bit older, maybe for teens and above.
Where this movie is going, will we still need roads?...
From a critical standpoint, Back to the Future Part II got the least enthusiastic reviews ofthe trilogy. I thought it had some good laugh-out-loud moments, and I enjoyed the reimagining of the scenes in the past. Though not as good as its predecessor, I thought the was the second best ofthe bunch.
