Allegiant
The factions of post-apocalyptic Chicago have fallen and chaos rules. Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James) lead a small group of escapees over the city’s vast wall and discover desolation, civilization, and unexpected revelations.
ClearPlay In Action!
The movie contains violence, but not much gore, and ClearPlay cleans up some of the blood. The filters keep mild profanity in check, and lock away a scene of partial nudity. Allegiant is targeted towards teens (and adults), but not for younger children.
So, will viewers swear allegiance to the Divergent Series? …
The movie held my interest with a compelling story and imaginative sci-fi elements. Filmmakers turned the Divergent trilogy into a tetralogy (three books turned into four films). So, although this is the third in the film series, it is not the last. I eagerly await the story’s finish!
