Ben Affleck plays a genius engineer who gets paid top dollar to create products that will wipe out the competition. The only catch is that when he’s done with a project, he agrees to have his memory of that two month time period wiped clean out of his mind. Two months at a time is no big deal, but when someone comes to him and offers him an 8 digit salary to do a 3 year project, he’ll not only loose three years of his memory, he may even lose his life. Will he be able to put together the pieces of his missing memory in order to save his life?

    ClearPlay in Action!

This film filters up quite nicely. With Medium filters a small handful of swear words are snipped and the violence that is left in is limited to some fist fighting and gun shooting with zero gore. Our hero has a relationship with a woman but the only evidence we have of possible pre-marital relations is a home video of Jennings singing to his girlfriend in the morning as she’s waking up in bed and they kiss. Motherly Advice: I think that with filters this one is appropriate for teens 14 and up.

Will Paycheck Give You An Entertaining PayOff?...

Yes! This is one of those fun-to-predict movies where you can annoy your movie companion by trying to correctly call what is going to happen next. Sometimes you might get it right but thankfully you won’t be able to predict everything. As long as you can stomach Uma Therman’s over acting, this is a really fun, action packed and well thought out flick that is definitely worthy of movie night.
